Shipping Policy – Anukampita Foundation
What We Ship
Since we do not engage in product sales, shipping is limited to:
- Donation acknowledgment letters (if requested)
- Hard-copy certificates for volunteers, donors, or participants (optional)
- Event-related documents
- Official communication or informational materials
- ID cards for volunteers/field team (if applicable)
All other communications are primarily sent via email or digitally.
2. Processing Time
Any physical document that needs to be sent will be processed within:
- 3–7 working days after the request is verified.
During major events or peak activity periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Method & Time
Documents or letters are sent through:
- India Post, or
- Standard courier services (whichever is feasible)
Typical delivery timeline within India:

Remote/Rural Areas | 10–15 working days |
Delivery times may vary due to service delays or logistical factors.
4. Shipping Charges
Most of our communication is digital and free.
However:
- If a donor or volunteer requests a hard-copy document, minimal postage/courier charges may apply, depending on location.
- In many cases, Anukampita Foundation may choose to bear the shipping cost, based on availability of funds.
This will always be communicated beforehand.
5. Return / Exchange
Since we only send documents and not products:
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable.
- If a document is misprinted or damaged during transit, we will re-issue and resend it.
6. Incorrect Address
Anukampita Foundation is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Recipient unavailability
If the item returns back to us, resending may require updated details.
7. No International Shipping
We do not send any physical documents outside India.
All international donors or well-wishers will receive digital copies only.
